the smack factor

Oh you crazy master cleanse you!  I thought I was going to glide through this.  I started last night, went to bed sorta hungry, but not too bad.  I woke up really sleepy, but again, not too bad.  I had drink of the ole cleanser this morning and then settled into the laptop, working on images and such, and listening to the plumber.  around 11:30 i started shaking.  I had an enormous headache that = caffeine withdrawal.  I made a pot of coffee.  Sorry cleanse purists, but i dont want to die.  and if I don’t have coffee, there is a chance I’ll croak.  The coffee made me shakier and suddenly explosively hungry.  Hungry like.. when you’ve been sick for a while and your insides are corroding from nothing but Robitussin and crackers.  I made a cleanse bevvie.

It was too hot, so as my shaky hands gripped my glass, my fingertips seared off.  Major shaking.  But I’m better now.  My stomach is growling and I’m trying to will the growlers away, but it really is amazing how guzzling one of these hot and tasty beverages can subdue the solid food want.  I need to stop talking about it or I’m going to focus on it again.  I do feel light and really aware, which is kind of neat.  Maybe I’ll have a wild moment of enlightenment.
