I just went to the food emporium (well, Trader Joe’s first - but that hurt me) and there is even a large security presense there, but no more Halloween cookies :-(. I saw a princess, a weirdo (maybe not dressed up), Batman, and a very large white bunny walking with a slutty sailor. The energy outside is a mixture of both apprehension and fuzzy sizzly excitement. I love it.
