Man i was so happy when I whittled myself down to a almost mere 109. I was so proud of myself and feeling so great about my appearance. I felt like a sexy little heathen and I made it a point to run around the apartment in my underwear as much as possible. Gradually, however, since ending alli, it’s all slowly, then quickly coming right back. It’s no secret that while I was on alli, and really while anyone was on alli, there was major calorie and fat restriction. There is NO WAY that you can go off of it without gaining at least.. oh 25% of that back if you eat the same. And sheesh, if you only sort of eat more fat, it’s balloon time.
Needless to say, I welcomed back almost all of my poundage when i returned from Thanksgiving in the burbs. I like to go by evening weigh in as opposed to morning weigh in – i usually weigh less in the morning and I don’t want a false buoy. I weighed myself last night and immediately was disappointed in myself. I have NO self control. I ate and ate and ate this weekend even when i was full. I piled pepperoni slices and pepperjack cheese into my mouth as if they were the last tube and blockshaped snacks on earth. Gads. So yesterday I began eating healthier again and I even did some strength training, which I never do. I’m talking never. My meals were waffles for breakfast, bean burritos for lunch, cereal for a snack, and egg whites for dinner. Today I’m sort of hovering around 116/117, so let’s have 117 as the starting point.
Today I’ve eaten eggwhites with jalapenos and a fat free pita and I’m about to eat more egg whites as lunch. Dinner is a bit of a slip, but I’m going to exercise portion control – red curry chicken and veggies. Oh, but I also lamely exercised for 30 minutes and I’ll try about 5 more times to do a chin up.
I know, ambitious.
you can do it!! you should post some exercise videos…Kickin’ it with Kelly
btw, i have you beat with the weight…i’m hovering around 119/12*.
Ladies – I can smother you with my weight.
I’m kind of a nut about working out though. Being a vegetarian definitely helps me in the keeping the weight off department but I still have to work out to balance out my junk food cravings.
I work out at least 5 days a week. I always take the stairs instead of the elevator and I walk my dogs.
I think you can do it!
Twinklet, you’re 8 feet tall. I’m 4′11″. The end!
