the smack factor

I’m in Baltimore right now, sort of chuckling that, of course, Factor and I leave town and we’re in a room across from construction. I always laugh heartily at that commercial where the guy tries to talk to his woman and the jackhammer starts every time. That’s us. Anyway, the windows are thick and we can see the harbor, so I really don’t even mind. Also, I get to play naked neighbor to a whole slew of men in day glow green (when Factor isn’t feverishly trying to shut the curtains on my nudie parade. I just looked out the window as I type this (and as Factor is at Whole Foods for impulse meal action before we hit Pimlico for Vfest) and there are three of them looking directly in my window. I waved. They waved.

So, what I have I already done in B’more? Well, I KNOW you love bullets, so here ’tis:

• we rode in the Amtrak cafe car! It was like we were playing adults. A table! outlets! Nacho Libre!



• Watched Nacho Libre, by far one of my top ten movies. So sweet - AND made me want a delicious fresh salad.
• ate a salad
• walked around the inner harbor
• ate snow crab legs (sorry, baby seals - you’re cute and all, but we were hungry!)
• ate pretzels dipped in mustard (yes! wayyy better than bread!)
• drank Blue Moon
• ate old bay french fries
• went to an O’s game!
• BOUGHT MY FIRST FOAM FINGER!!! YES!!!! I’ll say “I am NOT buying earrings over 8 bucks” but shoot, kids - I’ll spend $9.00 on a foam finger. Shut up - when you see the detailing on the knuckles, you’ll eat your words
  
• drank a good three bud lights at the O’s game
• ate a pulled pork sandwich from the Jack Daniels tent…after waiting in line at Boog’s and then felt guilty the rest of the time for not having THE ORIGINAL and selling out to a brand name
• went to the Virgin Mobile weekend launch party and drank wine wine wine, and vodka UGH
• danced danced danced
• Walked home with my favorite boy
• threw up this morning just some foam
