I would have to pay a disconnect fee of 39.99$ and then 49.99$ for the device which they send free of cost for a 1.5 month usage of vonage. I offered to return their device since I am using vonage only for 2 months .. but they would not listen .. is there a work around here so that I can avoid paying a total of 93$ for my vonage disconnection .. and I must say that their service was also not so good .. with frequent disconnects.
